My name is Jason Botts and I work with athletes and teams to develop their focus, build more confidence and to use failure and stress for their benefit. An Athlete myself, my professional career spanned 15 seasons(2000-14), including 4 at the Major League level with the Texas Rangers(2005-08). After retiring I trained to become a Certified Extreme Focus Coach and NLP Master Practitioner and now teach and mentor players from high school, college and the professional levels. We all know the importance of the mental side of the game and here’s the opportunity to develop that game changing skill with a coach who has the advanced training in the field of performance psychology as well has personally experienced the pressures of a Major League sport both on and off the field.
