I'm Leigh Ann Frederick from Michigan and I have two daughters that play softball. Both of my girls love the game equally but their talent level is different. They both have very different strengths and goals in life. Therefore as a mom, the number one question I always asked myself was, "where do they fit in the world of softball?" I met my advocate at a USA Elite tryout about three years ago. I feel very lucky that I first took her card and second, listened to my gut telling me to follow up and ask for help!! The first phone conversation lasted about an hour long and it was filled with valuable knowledge that I needed to hear. Our family signed on to the CSA program shortly afterwards. We chose CSA because of the personal touch the advocates give to the players. Our family has had three different advocates at CSA help in their recruiting process. Each advocate knows their names, strengths, and personalities. At CSA you are NOT a number, you become part of their family! The CSA program holds the athlete accountable for their personal recruiting process and the success received. The help that my family has received allowed us to make realistic, obtainable goals for their futures!
