Be Happy – Choose to be happy. Find the good things to think about. Happiness is healthy. Think about the glass half full rather than half empty. There are so many things to be happy about and yet many choose to look for the negative or to fix things. Stop for one moment today and look at all the things that make you happy. Choose to find good things that make you feel happy. There are so many choices every day to be happy. Start with being cheerful and content with the little things. Get delighted over the things we take for granted each day. Don’t be afraid to be overjoyed or ecstatic with things we might think are normal. Joyful attitudes create happiness for others too.
